It is very important to reason from First Principles rather than by Analogy. The normal way we conduct our lives is by reasoning by analogy and jumping to conclusions based on confirmation bias and incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent or missign data. We are doing this because it’s like something else that was done always like that, or it is like what other people are doing… it’s like slight iterations on a theme. But without thinking, just follow the mass. But it is really more the about essentials and the true facts. Only following First Principles can lead to real change and growth.

We have a solid background in mentoring and coaching and in cognitive science and learning psychology. Our approach is holistic and based on First Principles of Learning and Life. Every human being has a mind, a body and a soul which are closely interconnected. And within a couple of people such as a pair this is even more important for the relationship to work and to be positive, constructive and continuously growing together. Especially in times of change and challenge there can easily arise an imbalance that needs to be addressed.

Just do it.

Our expertise is to identify these imbalances very quickly and to address them effectively in a short amount of time by creating a plan that can be executed easily and monitored. Let’s say to look at the ingredients and to create a good recipe for the near future and also for the longer term to stay and become happy in life.

Happiness is the most important factor in being a healthy human being both mentally, physically and emotionally to be productive in society based on the talents that every person has especially in combination with another person or multiple persons such as colleagues or customers. The role of emotions and emotional intelligence is often underestimated but is actually very important both for the health of body and mind as illustrated below. To achieve happiness and love requires stimulation and an ACTIVE approach. The same is true for social intelligence, it is something that you DO yourself.
